Due to the nature of our product and for hygienic purposes we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged/defective products. If an item may be considered defective, please email firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your Name, Order Number, and A Photo of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of purchased. BirdyLashes reserves the right to refuse refund/replacement products if passed 30 days of receiving. If the product is deemed defective by BirdyLashes, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order. Please allow up to 7-15 business days for refund to show on your statement.
Refuse or Return Packages
In case of a Refuse or Return packages the shipping and handling fees will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund. Also a reshipping fee will be charged in case of a reshipment. BirdyLashes is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped.
